*** This is an office based role, you must be able to commute to and work in the City of London as a norm***

 

Purpose 

 

Executing and managing OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc). Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.

 
  • Originate new deals, ambitiously pursing new accounts.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
  • Executing and managing OTC trading orders.
  • Providing market insights, investment ideas.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement process.
  • Developing and implementing new strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
 


Knowledge and Experience Required: 

 
  • At least 1-2-years relevant experience in Crypto.
  • Overall, 3-5 years’ career experience, including some sales trading experience.
  • Sales trading experience.
  • Strong network of clients or capacity to build one.
  • Knowledge of and passion for Crypto and DeFi
  • Knowledge of traditional investment vehicles and strategies

  • Energetic personality with the drive to effect change and develop relationships both with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work and composure.
